02 / EDUCATION SYSTEMS
Smart School Management System
Academic management brings students, courses and outcomes into one workspace.
The problem
Student, course, grade and attendance records spread across separate files make it difficult to see the academic picture. This project explores bringing these workflows into one workspace.
Who is it for?
School administrators, academic coordinators and teachers who need to track enrollment and results. University use is a future adaptation, not a completed capability.
Intended value
Reduce switching between records and show how grade and attendance updates affect indicators. These are design goals; institutional outcomes have not yet been measured.
A scenario you can try now
1. Read the overview
Start with the dashboard and note the sample students’ average grade.
2. Update a sample record
Open Grades & attendance and change a student’s grade or attendance status.
3. Review the effect
Watch the average and attendance count change, then reset the sample data. Changes do not persist after a page reload.
Dashboard
Sample course results
Open “Grades & attendance” and change a grade to see the indicators update.

Available now and what comes next
In this preview
A fictional results dashboard, editable grades and attendance, and sample courses and teachers. The experience runs in the browser without accounts or shared storage.
The original project and its development path
A functional school-management prototype. Role-based access, shared storage and attendance history are future work. University use requires further development for programs, semesters and academic credits.
