Think Out Loud: Turn Scattered Ideas into an Action Plan
Use voice conversations to structure thinking, challenge assumptions and identify missing information before drafting.
This is an editorial summary of the edition. Read the full article on LinkedIn below.
Main idea
Use voice for thinking, not just dictation. Ask the assistant to listen until you finish, then organize the idea and identify assumptions and gaps before drafting.
Put it into practice
Before a presentation or meeting, explain your goal and key points. Turn the discussion into a core message, supporting points, likely questions and a concrete next step.
Exercise
Speak for five minutes, then request three supporting points, two items to verify, one challenging question and one action. Review names and numbers and respect workplace information-sharing rules.
